A lot is happening right now. We're in the streets fighting to end police brutality, holding legislators & companies accountable to enact real equality and equity in resources, opportunities, etc. We're focused on dismantling

systems that do not serve everyone. We're focused on creating & implementing real change in America (and it looks like the world is also catching on).

I want to take it a step forward and talk about the need for purposeful work. So many of us are operating and doing work that is linked to stuff we've always done. We're not operating fully within our purpose. To see the brilliance that can be, the change that can be, the impact that can be, I think it is time that we shift to operating in purpose. Our purpose is connected to the greater good. Our purpose is connected to each other. When we operate in our purpose, impact & transformation takes place.

God endowed me with something pretty great. The ability to be able to help others tap into their purpose and do the work in it. I've done it without thinking about it for years. I had no real system or anything built around it, just was innate. Instead I chose to operate in what I know I was good at because of years of training & work. My coach calls that operating in the Zone of Excellence vs the Zone of Genius. After realizing that, I decided to make the shift to my Zone of Genius and build a real system & program that is connected to my purpose and helping others do the same.

I'm gearing up to launch my Purposefully Empowered Program under my company, The DeVain Collective, to aid women in making the shift into purposeful work. This program will be designed to help women identify their purpose, ideate & create from it, connect with their audience, and scale it for maximal impact.

Since it's new, I'm going to run a beta program for 5 women to participate in from the beginning. Their work & feedback will help in the refinement of the program to ensure even better opportunities for success for others when we launch.
